I stayed at this hotel during a conference trip, and it was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for the convention center and had easy access to various restaurants and attractions, making it ideal for business and leisure travelers. However, the room safety system was flawed, leading to a stressful situation of not being able to access our belongings due to a missing master key. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the dining options were limited, especially for vegetarians.
