Courtyard Orlando International Drive/Convention Center Hotel Williamsburg, Williamsburg

I stayed at this hotel during a conference trip, and it was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for the convention center and had easy access to various restaurants and attractions, making it ideal for business and leisure travelers. However, the room safety system was flawed, leading to a stressful situation of not being able to access our belongings due to a missing master key. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the dining options were limited, especially for vegetarians.

The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, which I liked, but the check-out system with the lock box was a bit stressful. The service was exceptional, but there was a mishap with my groceries. The location was convenient for my event but could use some refreshing. The dining options were a bit fancy for my taste, and service was slow at times.

The hotel is conveniently located on I-4, ideal for those attending conventions with proximity to the Convention Center and various restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the noise from the road was noticeable. The small pool and lack of included breakfast were minor drawbacks. The key system for the lock box at reception could be improved for guest security.
